What happens once you have ordered.

Acceptance of your order

Your order will be accepted once payment in full has been received. We reserve the right to refuse any. We will let you know when your order has been accepted and dispatched. We aim to despatch all orders within 2 days. Where this is not possible we will contact you and offer you the opportunity to cancel your order should you wish to do so.

Delivery

HoundDogHampers.co.uk can deliver to addresses within the UK. We can accept orders from anywhere in the world, as long as they are for delivery to the UK.

All of our presents are sent by First Class Post, and delivery should be expected within 5 days from the time you place your order.

All postage charges are calculated during the checkout process.

Christmas Deliveries – The last recommended posting date for Christmas is Thursday 22nd December. To guarantee that you will receive your order in time for Christmas, please ensure that you order no later than 1pm on Wednesday 21st December.
